share of the proceeds generated through the commercialisation.

their enterprise. We use an international network of experts, and
proprietary tools and processes, to identify those assets with
commercial potential. We then invest in the development of those assets
and the implementation of commercialisation programs, such as licensing
the technology to a vendor that already services the target market, or
creating a new start-up venture.
