Co-designed and delivered with the Peregian Digital Hub, AI Uplift helps leadership teams of mid-market companies build practical, business-aligned roadmaps for AI adoption. The program supports executives in using AI themselves, identifying AI opportunities, uplifting internal capability, managing risks, and building pilot projects.
To date, the program has supported about 100 businesses that collectively employ over 2,000 staff across multiple sectors.

Steve has spent over 15 years advising mid-market organisations, helping identify and drive strategic opportunities created by emerging technologies.An experienced Board Director of mid-market companies, Steve is currently a Director and the Chair of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee at Exercise and Sports Science Australia, the peak body for over 11,000 allied health professionals.Steve is a seasoned venture leader, taking four early-stage ideas through to Series A funding, a milestone reached by just a small fraction of startups. Over the past two decades, he has founded or led multiple deep-tech ventures across AI, cloud, IoT, gaming infrastructure, and digital health, with backing from Australia’s top VC funds.Steve is now a Venture Partner at Antler, the world's most active investor in AI startups.
